I captured this in manual mode on my Galaxy Note 20 Ultra as automatic mode just wasn’t doing it justice (see below).
I think I got the colours pretty close to what you could actually see visually.

I think I got the colours pretty close to what you could actually see visually.
That sunset is as beautiful as many I have seen in Arizona. You have no mountains or cacti, but the clouds make up for it.
We have mountains, just not immediately nearby, and not super high
