Unfortunately this lead to Democracy being nearly destroyed during the Jan 6 seditionalist attack on the Capitol. Trump and his treasonous Republican supporters should all be EXECUTED as the traitors they are.
I’m very much against capital punishment. Unfortunately execution is the end of life for a possible innocent person. We can compensate someone for wrongful imprisonment. We can’t compensate someone who has been put to death.
