I was given a free t-shirt at the recent The Dame gig. It was a Large. At one time in the past I’d have gone “oh no”‘ and quietly tucked it into the back of a drawer. No more though.

It’s been one hell of a journey so far, and it’s not over yet.

These days it’s more “mass transfer”. My weight is staying fairly constant, it’s my muscle mass that’s increasing at the cost of my fat mass.
