It’s not the cheapest, but it’s from a really good local supplier and it smells great.
I got this one for mum since she loves strawberries so much, and we live in the Rhubarb triangle which grows some of the best Rhubarb in the world, although I can’t say I care for the stuff.
My grandmother also loved rhubarb. She grew her own and used to make jam out of it. I’ve never liked the taste of it.
There is a little restaurant in a historic, stone building in North Topeka Kansas that has a huge selection of pies. One of my favorites was a strawberry-rhubarb pie. It was decadent. With a large scoop of vanilla ice cream on the warm pie.
