It is with a great deal of sadness that I have to share the news that our Queen, Elizabeth II, has just passed away.
Rest in peace ma’am.
Long live the King.

My condolences.
It’s take several days before I could comment on this without crying heavily. In 1996 I had an experience with the Queen. During an import period for the USNS Hess T-AGS 51. I had just walked across the Thames on London Bridge when I saw the Queen walking her corgi through the fence around the palace. I was intrigued by the corgi like the one I had as a teen. And the dress and hat. She looked exactly like my grandmother Gladys Bills that had died a few weeks earlier. She saw me through the fence and was curious about me in my leather suit. I told her why I was in the U.K. and then about my grandmother. It was like I was looking at Gladys, not the Queen. I started crying, bawling heavily. She reached out and held my hand. She started crying. have to end now. crying .
RIP Queen Elizabeth
