I googled Red Leicarter cheese. It sounds wonderful. I am now craving it. There are places here in Shreveport that specialize in imported cheeses. There are over 700 cheeses made in the U.K.
Do love a bit of Red Leicester myself, but im also a fan of softer cheeses too 🙂
