After giving my 100th blood donation I felt like I needed a discussion piece to celebrate my achievement, and what could be better than a rather lovely 8 bit Zelda hearts tattoo? I chose my first proper Zelda game (Link’s Awakening) for the art style, and went to see Dave – a local artist – for the artwork.
He was very quick and efficient and I really didn’t experience much pain at all, not even in the tender bit as you get closer to the elbow.
Dave also pierces and so I got one of those at the same time. I’ve been fancying getting one last piercing in my left ear thus completing on 12 total, 6 per ear.
